We offer digital Canva templates that can be customized by users. Templates are delivered digitally—no physical goods are shipped.

3. Account and Access

To access our services, you must provide a valid email address. We may require account creation to allow template access, downloads, or feature usage.

4. Payment & Billing

All payments are processed securely via LemonSqueezy and Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to their terms and privacy policies.

5. License of Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template(s) for your personal or business marketing. You may not:

Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the template (even in modified form)
Share the template or content with others
Use the template for client work unless a separate license is purchased per client

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided once a product is accessed or delivered.

7. Service Availability

We aim to ensure continuous access to our platform. However, occasional downtime may occur due to updates, maintenance, or unforeseen issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business or data.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law. The place of jurisdiction is Munich, Germany.
