    Free four-week working calendar

Real estate content for a month you can actually finish

Choose two, three, or five posts per week. Each option covers four weeks and includes editable captions, a preparation prompt, and an alternative for an agent with no listing or open house. Assign your own dates; these are editorial examples, not automatically scheduled posts or promised results.

For two posts, use Monday and Thursday. For three, add Wednesday. For five, add Tuesday and Friday. The weekdays are planning suggestions: move them to match your actual work. Keep requested private follow-up separate from public posts.

    The complete four-week plan

Everything below is readable here without opening a download. Before publishing, replace all bracketed placeholders with verified facts, confirm image permissions, and add required agent and brokerage identification. “No listing or event” is a usable alternative, not a suggestion to invent one.

    Week 1: Build useful foundations

    Monday · Every plan

    Choose a useful viewing question
    Prepare
Write down three questions buyers can ask during a viewing. Explain one; save the others for a later post.
    Example caption
Before your next viewing, ask: [specific question]. Check [document or source] rather than relying on a first impression. [Agent and brokerage].
    No listing or event
Use an educational card about how to check a floor plan; do not imply you represent a property.
    Check before publishing
Check local process terminology and the source you recommend. Avoid advice about a specific buyer’s finances.

    Tuesday · 5-post plan

Show how to read a property feature
    Prepare
Take one approved property feature and explain what a visitor can actually inspect.
    Example caption
At [authorized listing address], [verified feature] is worth a closer look. During the viewing, check [observable detail]. [Agent and brokerage].
    No listing or event
Use your own generic diagram to explain one feature, such as where room dimensions appear on a floor plan. Label it an illustration.
    Check before publishing
Have permission to use the listing and image. Remove unsupported quality claims and subjective superlatives.

    Wednesday · 3- and 5-post plans

    Build a neighborhood research card
    Prepare
Choose one public local service, link to its official page, and explain what to check before visiting.
    Example caption
Planning a visit to [area]? The official [service or venue] page lists [verified practical detail]. Check [source] for current arrangements. [Agent and brokerage].
    No listing or event
This is already listing-free. Use your own neighborhood photo or an authorized image and identify the official information source.
    Check before publishing
Verify hours and access on the day you publish. Do not characterize who should live in an area or promise a commute.

    Thursday · Every plan

    Explain one seller preparation task
    Prepare
Choose a manageable preparation task and show the owner how to check it is complete.
    Example caption
Preparing for property photos? Clear [specific surface], check [visible detail], and keep [necessary item] accessible. Confirm the final photo plan with your agent. [Agent and brokerage].
    No listing or event
Use a staged corner in your own workspace or a text checklist; say the image is an illustration rather than a client home.
    Check before publishing
Avoid identifiable client interiors without permission. Do not claim this task will raise the sale price.

    Friday · 5-post plan

    Invite a practical question
    Prepare
Ask for one general process question you can answer publicly next week.
    Example caption
Which part of preparing for a viewing needs a clearer explanation? Send a general question about [topic]. Please keep personal documents and contact details out of public comments. [Agent and brokerage].
    No listing or event
This is already listing-free. Offer a general process question rather than an invitation to an event you are not hosting.
    Check before publishing
Do not promise a tailored assessment in a comment. Move personal requests to an agreed private channel.

Week 2: Prepare a viewing or event

    Monday · Every plan

    Prepare an event invitation
    Prepare
Verify the address, hours, approved image and contact details before drafting an invitation.
    Example caption
Open house: [authorized address], [full date], [start–end time and timezone]. See [verified feature] and bring your property questions. [Confirmed access details]. [Agent and brokerage].
    No listing or event
Replace the invitation with “Before a viewing: confirm the time, meeting place, access arrangements and agent contact.” Use a checklist graphic.
    Check before publishing
Confirm the event is approved and still scheduled. Remove the post or correct it if arrangements change.

    Tuesday · 5-post plan

    Explain a verified property detail
    Prepare
Prepare a plain-language answer to one likely visitor question using the approved information pack.
    Example caption
A question about [authorized property]: [specific question]. The current [approved document] states [verified answer]. Ask us for the source or clarification. [Agent and brokerage].
    No listing or event
Answer “Where do I find room dimensions?” with an illustrated sample plan and explain that plans and measurements should be checked.
    Check before publishing
Check document date and authority. Do not infer condition, permissions or guarantees from a photograph.

    Wednesday · 3- and 5-post plans

    Explain browser sign-in
    Prepare
Show the sign-in process with an example event and clearly labeled test details.
    Example caption
At [event], scan our QR sign to open the visitor form in your browser. No app installation is needed. Read the information-use explanation before submitting. Ask us if you prefer another way to share a request. [Agent and brokerage].
    No listing or event
Publish a general “How QR sign-in works” example, clearly labeled as a demonstration rather than an upcoming event.
    Check before publishing
Test the actual QR destination and form. Keep test records and genuine visitor information out of screenshots.

    Thursday · Every plan

    Publish a checked event reminder
    Prepare
Reconfirm the event and give visitors only useful, current arrival information.
    Example caption
Visiting [authorized address] on [full date]? We will be there [confirmed hours and timezone]. [Verified arrival/access detail]. Contact [agent contact] with a question before you travel. [Agent and brokerage].
    No listing or event
Share a “Before you leave for a viewing” card: recheck the appointment, address, access instructions and contact number.
    Check before publishing
Use current arrangements, not last week’s draft. Check any access restriction rather than describing the property as universally accessible.

    Friday · 5-post plan

    Answer one preparation question
    Prepare
Film or write a short answer about what a visitor should bring, without collecting personal information publicly.
    Example caption
For a first viewing, bring your questions and a way to note what you want to check. Confirm [local or event-specific requirement] directly with the agent. [Agent and brokerage].
    No listing or event
Use the same general viewing-preparation answer without mentioning an open house or implying an appointment is available.
    Check before publishing
Include only requirements that actually apply. Do not invite financial documents through public comments.

Week 3: Explain the next step

    Monday · Every plan

Share a process answer after the event
    Prepare
Choose a general question from your notes; remove names and identifying details before explaining the answer.
    Example caption
A common question after a viewing is “[general process question].” The next step is [verified local process], followed by [what to check]. Individual arrangements can differ. [Agent and brokerage].
    No listing or event
Use a question you can substantiate from your professional work or an official guide; do not pretend it came from an event.
    Check before publishing
Do not quote a visitor or disclose their circumstances. Separate a general explanation from advice about a particular transaction.

    Tuesday · 5-post plan

    Show a preparation checklist
    Prepare
Turn one repeatable seller task into a short checklist with an actual completion criterion.
    Example caption
Before a photographer arrives: check [task one], [task two], and [task three]. A useful final check is [observable result]. [Agent and brokerage].
    No listing or event
Use a text checklist or your own demonstration space. Identify any staged photo as an example.
    Check before publishing
Keep valuables, security arrangements and identifiable family details out of images.

    Wednesday · 3- and 5-post plans

    Explain a follow-up promise
    Prepare
Describe the difference between recording a request and completing the action, using invented details.
    Example caption
Example: a visitor asks for [approved document]. Record the request, confirm the contact method, set a date, then send the checked document yourself. A saved task is not a sent message. [Agent and brokerage].
    No listing or event
Use the same fictional process example. Label it clearly and do not imply you collected leads at a real event.
    Check before publishing
Never publish a real visitor record. State that REMC records actions and does not send the outreach automatically.

    Thursday · Every plan

    Teach one document-checking habit
    Prepare
Choose one property document and explain a practical question to ask about it.
    Example caption
When you receive [document], check the date, what it covers, and who can clarify it. Ask “[specific practical question]” before drawing a conclusion. [Agent and brokerage].
    No listing or event
Use a blank illustrative document heading or a text card. Do not reproduce a client document.
    Check before publishing
Verify the document name and process in your market. Avoid conclusions that require a qualified professional.

    Friday · 5-post plan

    Publish a neutral local resource
    Prepare
Pick one official page that helps people plan a property visit or research an area.
    Example caption
Useful reference for [area]: [official resource] explains [verified topic]. Start with [specific section] and check its publication date. [Agent and brokerage].
    No listing or event
This is already listing-free. Provide the official resource and a practical explanation without referencing a property.
    Check before publishing
Check the destination works and is current. Do not present general information as proof about a specific property.

Week 4: Reuse what was useful

    Monday · Every plan

    Build a seller’s question list
    Prepare
Help a seller prepare for an agent conversation with questions about the service and process.
    Example caption
Before choosing a marketing plan, ask: What will be prepared? Who approves it? Where will it be published? How will changes be handled? Ask for the proposed work in writing. [Agent and brokerage].
    No listing or event
This is already listing-free. Present your own service process only where you can show how it works.
    Check before publishing
Do not invent competing agents’ practices or promise results from a particular marketing channel.

    Tuesday · 5-post plan

    Demonstrate a useful design revision
    Prepare
Show an anonymized invitation with clutter removed and important event details made easier to read.
    Example caption
Example invitation revision: keep the property, date, hours and contact readable; remove an unverified claim; check the destination link. The aim is accurate information a visitor can use. [Agent and brokerage].
    No listing or event
Use an entirely fictional invitation marked “example”; keep its address and dates visibly fictional.
    Check before publishing
No fake client before-and-after story. Do not claim the design increased inquiries without measured evidence.

    Wednesday · 3- and 5-post plans

    Record a short process video
    Prepare
Explain one step in your preparation using your own screen or printed checklist without client data.
    Example caption
Here is how I check [specific preparation step]: [first check], [second check], then [completion criterion]. The next action is [manual action]. [Agent and brokerage].
    No listing or event
Film a blank checklist or test workspace. Label sample records and avoid implying an active listing.
    Check before publishing
Check every visible field for private data. Describe current functionality rather than a future automation.

    Thursday · Every plan

Turn a repeated question into a resource
    Prepare
Choose the clearest answer from the month and turn it into a reusable card or saved checklist.
    Example caption
Save this for your next [viewing or preparation task]: [three verified checks]. Confirm the details with the person handling your appointment. [Agent and brokerage].
    No listing or event
Use a general viewing checklist from this calendar and link to a relevant public guide; no listing is needed.
    Check before publishing
Update any dated details. Link to the specific useful page rather than promising a resource that is not available.

    Friday · 5-post plan

Close the month with a useful next step
    Prepare
Review your published posts and choose one practical question to address next month.
    Example caption
This month we explained [topic one] and [topic two]. Next we will cover [topic you can actually prepare]. Find the current [useful checklist or resource] at [working link]. [Agent and brokerage].
    No listing or event
Describe only content you actually published. If this is your first week, share the resource directly and omit the monthly recap.
    Check before publishing
Check every linked resource and remove unsupported claims about leads, reach or customer results.
