Your open house campaign plan
Choose the event date and the number of posts you can realistically prepare. Get a dated plan from fact-checking to personal follow-up. No account or contact details needed.
The starting plan uses an illustrative event date of October 18, 2026. Change it to your actual date. The planner creates a suggested task list; it does not create an event in your account, publish posts or send messages.
Plan for 2026-10-18: 3 posts
Preparation, hosting and promised follow-up still matter when you post less. Adjust tasks to the actual event and any earlier promise. If a preparation date has already passed, review that task now rather than pretending it was done.

| Date | Action | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Verify the event facts | Confirm the actual address, date, hours, approved photos, access instructions, agent contact and brokerage identification. Resolve unknown facts before using them. | |
| Create the event and prepare materials | Create the open house in your workspace. Adapt an invitation and the relevant captions. Template access depends on the asset and your plan; a Canva subscription is separate. | |
| Publish the invitation yourself | Share the confirmed address, hours, one verified property detail and the invitation to visit. Use approved photos and your required identification. | |
| Answer one property question | Explain one verified fact a visitor may ask about. If you cannot confirm it, share the question you will check rather than inventing an answer. | |
| Publish the final reminder yourself | Recheck the event hours and destination before posting. If details changed or the event was cancelled, update earlier posts too. | |
| Test the sign-in route | Scan the QR code on mobile data, confirm the intended browser form, submit clearly labeled test details and inspect the resulting record. Print and test the sign; prepare a paper fallback. | |
| Welcome visitors and record requests | Explain the form, respect contact preferences and record factual requests. Attendance is not blanket permission for unrelated marketing. Visitors need an internet connection to submit. | |
| Send requested information manually | Use your own email or phone tool to complete what you promised. Verify the information and honor the agreed channel and timing; an earlier agreed deadline takes precedence over this suggested date. | |
| Record what happened and the next action | Log the completed contact in REMC, add a factual note and set another dated action only where appropriate. Saving the record does not send an email or text. |
Make the plan usable
- Check every property detail and replace the placeholders in your materials.
- Keep visitors’ actual details in your private contact system, not in a public planning file.
- Review the visitor form and contact preferences before choosing any follow-up.
- If you have no open house, use the content-calendar alternatives instead of inventing an event.
